The only thing I could find in that file was this:

<attribute name="backlog">500</attribute>

and I don't think that's the setting.

I have to put this aside for now. I may install PHP just for this one 
thing. The developer who wrote the RAD Uploader has a function that 
will accept the file manually and I may wind up hiring someone to 
translate that into a CFC or custom tag to do the work for me.
