The way I understand it client variables are associated with the named application so that two web sites on the same server won't see each others variables even if they are running as one.mydomain.com and two.mydomain.com. We use these types of URLs to feed www.mydomain.com and it would be real useful if the client variables were shared across the sub domains. Can I accomplish this by simply naming the applications, via the <cfapplication> tag, the same thing? It sounds reasonable but also dangerous.
