Thanks. I've checked most of these out. I'm looking for something
that will launch an FTP download. I know it seems pretty trivial, and
that all browsers support ftp:// as a link, but they also use that
link to launch the file... I want a straight download, which means
using a tiny FTP applet.

So far I've found only one, on http://www.somethingJava.com, but
cannot contact the author, and so an hesitant to spend the $50 to try
it out only to ifnd that it wouldn't fit my needs.

Any advice?

Mik
