Chris,  that is what I needed.  I had to add the cfide and the 
JRunScripts as virtual directories.

The funny thing is that the rest of coldfusion was working so I did 
not even think about the 2 directories.  So, can someone tell me why 
this is not defaulted to new sites on the server?  Is it possible to 
do that?  I am running win 2003.
