thanks for Yours answers!
I didn't make a change of the defaultCharset because I found a command
cfcontent type="text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1"
The CF-Server send now to the browser or a spider a page with ISO-8859-1 and
not with UTF-8. It is for me the same result and I'll not change the XML config
file.
