Thanks for the help Russ, I appreciate your response. I did try to run through these instrcutions once before with no luck but I think perhaps I was getting confused with the instructions because when I would run the commands it said to, it would cause errors when I go to launch the .cfm pages. I will give it another go tonight. Thanks again anyway. David

It says it's for Linux/Unix but it's for windows as well. Alternatively, you can install Apache 2.0 and the built in wsconfig should work.
