Is this bridge used only for 'ODBC Socket' datasources? What are the other drivers - MySQL(3) and MySQL (4/5), for instance - are they JDBC drivers? And Access & Access w/Unicode - is CF bridging to the installed Access ODBC driver, or using a driver that it installed? > Within the CF > Administrator, you choose "ODBC Socket" to connect to an existing ODBC > datasource. When I attempt to add a System DSN the only driver listed is a SQLServer driver. When I reinstall the MDAC from the OS installation disk I can see that all the driver files are being copied, but no registry entries are being made under HKLM\Software\ODBC\ODBCINST.INI, where I'd expect them. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| ColdFusion 8 - Build next generation apps today, with easy PDF and Ajax features - download now http://download.macromedia.com/pub/labs/coldfusion/cf8_beta_whatsnew_052907.pdf Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Server/message.cfm/messageid:6437 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Server/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.10
