It's part of the included ClusterCATS software. If you're not using the ClusterCATS monitoring stuff (such as probes) you could just turn it off altogether. > FYI Windows Server 2003, Coldfusion 5 You might consider upgrading to a supported version of CF. CF 5 is pretty old. I wouldn't be too surprised if your problem is specific to Windows Server 2003.
