Subject: MX 6.1 and DST

Today we are having two different DST related problems. Java is up-to-
date.

Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.4.2_12-b03) Java
HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 1.4.2_12-b03, mixed mode)

and we are pointing to the correct version in the server admin,

CF is reporting the time as an hour behind and we had problems with queries
that had time stamp with time zone data in them between 3:00 and 4:00 AM
CDT. Oracle 10g database.

Any ideas as to what else could be wrong?
