After we migrate to a new server (Coldfusion 7.0), cfmail always stuck in the mail spool. We try

Restart all coldfusion services and put 50 mails each batch back to the spool folder. It still stuck there. Check coldfusion admin page, run a connectivity test with mail server. Everything works fine. Eventually I have to reboot the server to have the mail sent. Anyone has a clue.
