What you're after is the activedit custom tag, which is also embedded into
Spectra. It gives you a 'MS word-like' front end text box, with word-like
toolbar.
A word of warning: its not very flexible and doesn't like being on the page
with any other forms. You have to do some jiggery-pokery to integrate it
into more complex forms.
activedit is available from http://cfdev.com/ for the grand price of $80 for
the encrypted version or $350 for the open source...
