I think (from reading some of the other info on the site, I don't know that
much about it) that the search index may get updated a little later than
when an item appears in the list. I've successfully searched for text in
the oldest email (at the bottom of the list) but, like you, can't get
anything for more recent ones. At least it says "not found" really fast...

Assuming the search is better, this could have a profound impact on the
usefulness of the list.
I just tried to search on "bug" which was in the subject of the first
listing and it returned nothing. I'm hoping it's a minor temporary thing.
