It's over 2K lines long. I should also mention that running on a staging
server [CF 4.5 server] it works ok, but running on the product server [CF
4.0.1] it randomly will do this. Also should mention that the meta tag that
is output isn't in the page requested! I'm wondering if there is a setting
on product server in CF that is causing the problem.
