She said that this has never = This just happened to me a couple weeks ago. I installed a new beta of WinProxy (the one that would allow me to do VPN) and that popped up when I'd go to my site. I noticed that even though it wanted me to download the .cfm file, the only thing coming across was the HTML stuff -- same as if you'd do a view source from the browser. Check with that user to see if she's using a proxy server.
