Stephen, this did the trick.
Although I had to leave the expression Worksheet="MySheet"
It didn't really work. But this is optional anyway.

Do you have any coding available showing how I could change the target file
name, since the tag doesn't overwrite the target file ?
The quality of the output is very good though in comparison with other low
end solution working with cfcontent and application/msexcel

What is disturbing is that MS-Excel has to be installed on the Server.
