i've also tried evrsoft and have to say i think it sucks. it's a cheap
knock-off of homesite with a whole bunch of odd twists to it.

i don't know about some of the other scripts that are included but if
they're anything like the included javascripts then look out. most of the
javascript that's included is buggy, bloated, doesn't degrade well, and has
no coding consistency between scripts. they're all scripts that have been
harvested off the various free script sites and most are completely
worthless.
i also found a number of other issues with it. for one, DON'T rely on the
internal viewer to give you an indication of how it will look in a browser.
it's VERY buggy and you'll waste hours trying to get things to look right
when it's the viewer that's got the problems, not your code.
the choice between various modes is highly annoying. the fact that it
always, everytime, whether i tell it to or not opens maximized is a major
problem. search and replace is vaguely reminiscent of what you can do in
homesite or studio. it doesn't support the level of s&r most of us have
become accustomed to. there is more, but i can't think of it off the top of
my head.
