Kevin,

I did some consulting for SupportAgent (www.supportagent.com).
SupportAgent is a tool to answer user's questions about customers'
businesses, and a key feature is its support of natural language
questions. Using CF and RegExp, the user's query is scrubbed to remove
unnecessary words and to standardize on key phrases. Then the customer's
knowledgebase is searched for an exact match, a match using RegExp, a
match using wildcards, or a Verity match, in that order.
