No.  These are Sybase ASA 6.03 databases.

Each individual account requires their own complete database.  Each database
has anywhere from 10 - 50 tables depending on options selected by the
account owner.  It's all very complicated.  We haven't finalized the DB
structure yet, but I am reasonably sure there will have to be a seperate DB
per account.

I'm thinking I might have come up with some weird ASP / CF combo for
something like this.
