I seem to be having difficulty with WAP, no matter how hard I try I can't get WAP to work. If you go to http://www.ccwap.com/index.wml you will be asked if you would like to save or open the file. However when I ask for the index.wml file from my server IE just opens the file (badly). I imagine this is a problem with the MIME type configuration of the server (IIS5 on win2k) but it all appears to be set ok, yet an inspection of the headers shows the mime type is not being correctly transferred to IE. I have the MIME types set as: .wml - text/vnd.wap.wml .wbmp - image/vnd.wap.wbmp Can anyone tell me if these MIME types are correct or not, and if not what they should be.
