Some of the enhancements that are given by people on here tend to be use of
functions that the original poster didn't know about or simply more
efficient programming techniques from experience of programming in any
language, not necessarily CF. This means that you're not gonna find a list
of all the 'such-and-such runs faster', because they're not specific to CF
or are just passing on knowledge of CFs tags and functions.
