CF 4.5, for some reason, has a tendency to output a header,
"Page-Completion-Normal", multiple times. We had a similar problem with a
Netscape test server. CF 4.5.1 fixes this. As for putting the CF server on a
separate box than the web servers, that's new to CF 4.0.x. I'm curious; from
a performance standpoint, how has it worked for you?
