Thanks  Al,

I've had to disable the checking mechanism for the mean time, because
we've started the political campaign and the press campaign.  I have to
have the pages going and I haven't solved the problem yet.   I"m working
on it on another server till I get it fixed, then I'll load it onto the
server you're seeing.

If anyone tries to abuse the vote (and we had that on our anti-spam
campaign a few weeks ago) we can prove the abuse and can back the votes
out if we need.

Anyway, thanks a whole lot for everyone's help,  I have several ways to
improve the application thanks to all your suggestions.

What a great resource this is!
