Some will do it, some won't. Some will investigate it more than others. One
ISP I used previously would only do it if they could get the source and
compile it themselves.

I had a feeling that was the case. So the second question is, how can I
convince an ISP that a CFX tag, like CFX_checkemail is safe? Is there good
reason for their reluctance?
