Don't suppose anyone has seen CFFTP give this error when you try to use it??

I tried re-installing CF4.01ent, but that made no difference. Short of
reinstalling everything I'm not sure what to try now. Any suggestions?
I should mention that CFFTP has been working ok until recently.
