You can delete the partially-created index. Here's a quote from Donnie
Robertson at Allaire:
"There are two options for handling reindexing:
1. The most forcable way to re-index is to blow away the
\Collections\Searchable Help directory under HS/CFS. This will build the
whole thing from scratch.
2. The engine will attempt to reindex the HELP directory whenever there is a
change to do it. Therefore, copying an HTML file into the directory should
do the trick."
