I always thought that part was up to the author of the code... ;-)
If you mean the Design mode, then I don't know but I highly doubt it.
Studio 4.5.1 release seems pretty stable for me. Been using it since beta 2. Your
mileage may vary. One nice feature is that it now (optionally) migrates your personal
settings (toolbars, snippets, RDS servers, etc) during install.
