I have a strange problem that is pretty
complex. However, the basic problem is
simple.
Windows NT 4.0 SP 4, CF 4.5 Enterprise,
MS-SQL 7.0.
I am using Cookies to store my client
variables for my application. In some
instances
for some users, the users have to sets
of CFID/CFTOKEN. My application writes
a client variable to one set, and then a
few pages later tries to read the
variable
and reads from the wrong set and doesn't
find the variable and goes to my
error page.
Question 1: How do two sets of
CFID/CFTOKEN get created. Could this
be releated to users who visited the
site prior to our upgrade from 4.0 Pro
to 4.5 Ent?
Question 2: Is there anyway to delete
one or both sets of ClientVariables? I
know
I can loop through the list of client
variables and delete them that way.
Any info would be helpful.
Thanks -
Tracy
