Well, I posted before about our hosting and received no feedback. Let me
re-post and see what you think:
Well, we can definitely offer quality, if nothing else. We are a small ISP
but I personally take care of all of the domain and CF hosting. We are on a
fractional T1, so you are not going to see blazing speeds from us, but we
have reliability and quality. We are consistent with our speed and if we get
a few more domains hosted, we have no problem pumping in more bandwidth. We
are in the store 7 days a week, and I administer from home also. We are
small in this realm, but plan on becoming a player in this realm. I can see
from the discussion that a quality CF hosts are definitely needed out there.
Not sure what other hosts are charging, but here is what we are currently
charging. If anyone would like to give us a try, let me know.
$4.95/mo (1 domain, 10 e-mail addresses, ftp, 10Mb)
$29.95/mo (1 domain, 25 e-mails, ftp, 1 CF Datasource, FrontPage Server,
Unlimited Bandwidth, 50Mb)
+$10/mo for SSL (plus cost of cert)
+$10/mo for each additional CF Datasource
One time $50 domain transfer fee (to register with DNS) and $25 domain
registration (per year).
Sound reasonable?
