If you're not sure whether your sites are going to be hosted on a server
with 4.01 or 4.5, should you stick to using
<CFLOCK NAME="Server">
<CFLOCK NAME=#application.applicationName#>
<CFLOCK NAME=#session.sessionId#>
???
At least if your site ends up on a server with 4.01, CFAS will understand
the code.
