I assume that the Windows 98b you mention is what Microsoft calls Windows 98 Second Edition. I'm running 98 Second Edition and still have the problem with Studio initially taking 35 to 40% of my resources and continuing to do resource creep the longer it stays open, until I eventually have to kill it or let it lock up the computer. Lots of postings on the Allaire Forum about this, and I think some of the folks are experiencing the same problem with Windows 95 and Windows NT 4.
