By the way, I've heard of CFX_Doc2HTML which should do the same thing, but
I wasn't able to obtain a copy, and anyways someone wrote in that it breaks
in 4.5.1.

You can obtain CFX_Doc2HTML by sending an email to Adam Nowalsky (the
author) at [EMAIL PROTECTED] It costs about US$80.00. If you email him
ask if he can get it working in 4.5.1 (please :))
It works well and I'm using it at http://203.37.24.100 already.
