variable scope required:
1) Server
2) Application
3) Session
4) Attributes
5) Caller
variable scope not required, scanned in the following order:
1) local (i.e. Variables)
2) CGI
3) File (???)
4) URL
5) Form
6) Cookie
7) Client
- is the above correct?
- is there any difference in using Variables.x and not using it?
- what are File variables?
