Check to see that you actually have the ColdFusion RDS Service
(cfrdsservice.exe) running. This is separate from the ColdFusion Server
(cfserver.exe). Click on your Windows Start button, then select
Programs, then navigate to ColdFusion Server 4.5 - under that you should
see a program option for ColdFusion RDS Service.
