I'm sorry for my English. Problem isn't in your code. This error
is occur when you try to upload highly compressed *.jpg image,
compressed by Ulead SmartSaver.
May be I'm mistaken but I spend a lot of time to fix it. I
think it is a bug of CF 4.0.1 .
