When you say you think it might be a good idea to start encrypting form
action pages, for what reason do you say this? A wise security guru once
said "Security through obscurity , is not security at all". This means that
if your application is not secure then you should fix it instead of hiding
implementation details. I am not suggesting that this is your case, I am
speaking in general here.

We do not encrypt templates on our websites, but we sometimes encrypt
templates that go to other companies.

Subject: does everyone always encrypt??

I'm just curious, do people here always encrypt their cfm templates? I often
don't, but I'm beginning to think it might be a good idea to start
encrypting form action scripts.

Any logic, reasoning people use for when/ when not to encrypt??

Thanks,

Jeff Fongemie
