I don't have CR either.
I believe that, starting with CF 4.0, Crystal Reports is no longer packaged
with CF. Either that, or CR is only packaged with the Enterprise version of
CF. The company I used to work for purchased CF 4.0 directly (i.e. did not
upgrade from 3.5) and I could never find CR anywhere.
