Lewis Sellers has one, I believe:
http://www.intrafoundation.net/shareware.html. I haven't used it, but it
should work fine. I have used Software Artisans' SA-Admin COM interface from
CF, and that works well also. SA-Admin does more, I think, but it costs
twice as much.
