Strange....  I do the same thing, and SQL Server 7
has no problem inserting Form.org_name into a varchar
field when Form.org_name is JOE'S COMPANY

OTOH, Query Analyzer needs JOE''S COMPANY in order
to search (in a SELECT) for JOE'S COMPANY
