Wow, you guys actually get emails? I have to email and ask for the password
every month which they give to me no matter what email address I seem to
write in with, and without including my name (I did it as a test and sure
enough they just emailed it to me). I originally subscribed in November of
1999, and received my first issue in Mid-February (which was the February
issue). I asked about back issues since they did bill me in December but got
no response. Then I emailed them again and they sent me a list of the
passwords to download the back issues. There was nothing else in the email,
not even a name, a thanks, or anything. Needless to say, I'm less than
satisfied with them or their customer support.
