Thanks for the reply-
When I say that the settings are the same as other machines that work I mean
that we've compared all browser settings and version on the machine that's
throwing the error to those on the machines
that are not throwing the error. We cannot find any differences between the
machine throwing the error and the ones that aren't. 2-3 machines are
saying "error resolving parameter form......" while all the other ones work
just fine.
The error is consistent on the machines that throw errors (they used to work
fine but now they throw errors consistently and the code has not changed).

Subject: RE: disappearing form fields
One cause that I've identified, when the problem seems to be sporadic, is a
user submitting the page before it's completely downloaded and all the
fields have been "accepted" by the browser.
When you say
"We have checked browser settings, version, caching, and
everything else under the sun."
do you mean that you've made sure they are the same as another machine that
works fine?
Does the problem appear every time you load the page in question, or is it
intermittent?

Subject: disappearing form fields
Does anyone know why form fields might disappear and thus cause a cold
fusion error when trying to resolve them? This problem seems to be computer
specific; it will happen on one computer but not on the five computers next
