I don't think that is the case here. I got a longer message to this effect
on another list. It included a link and the shortcut for find. The first
line of this message didn't go through. This is the missing part:

It's a page containing keys for MS products included in developer
subscriptions.
Of course, I think the keys are only good for the developer subscription
cds, which come with the keys. In fact, the last time I installed something
from a developer cd it didn't even ask for a key. Blah blah blah.
