I have a client that uses DBase files extensively. Now I'm finding that it seems that the MS DBase driver is single-threaded? If I perform a query that takes a long time on a Dbase file I can't do a query on any other Dbase file until the other one completes (the CF page does not return until the other query finishes). I tried enabling connection pooling in the ODBC settings but that didn't seem to make a difference. I have the following setup: CF 4.0.1 NT Server 4.0/SP5 IIS4 MDAC/2.1 Quad CPU 256MB RAM RAID Controller Boot disk is RAID-0 (mirrored) write-through (of course, this is where the JET .TMP files are created) Storage disk is RAID-5 write-through Any ideas?
