Thanks Mike - this was given to me off the list (thanks Jeff) and works
fine. It actually resets the form. I had contemplated refreshing the page
but this works better.

No, for some reason, the image reset button was left out of the html spec.
But you can get round it by making it just an ordinary image link calling
the same page again.
This has puzzled me since I went round that same loop with the HTML
Writers Guild only a few weeks ago.
