Try either:
<cfif blah>
<cfform .... >
</cfform>
<cfelse>
<cfform ...>
</cfform>
</cfif>
or
<cfform <cfif blah>...</cfif> >
...
...
...
</cfform>

But ColdFusion gives a JIT error that there is an extraneous </cfform> tag.
What other ways are there of doing this?
