No kidding .. one thing I've learned with dynamic web apps (and other programming) is that you have to anticipate and provide for every single picky, silly thing that the end user could possibly do to mess the program up. If you miss one, it's called a bug. It doesn't really matter what the chances are .. as long as there is a chance, somewhere, it will happen .. probably at the worst possible time ever. It also sounds like they aren't taking into consideration all the times where this wouldn't be ..
