Unfortunately, I have no experience whatsoever with this tag; however, to
regurgitate what was discussed in a nearly identical thread today, I would
suggest using <cflock> to keep Excel happy.
Also, can you run Excel manually from the server, or do you get errors?
It also just occurred to me to check the RWX permissions on Excel and
related programs to make sure that CF can run them.
