This isn't exactly the case. Machines created from a single image will, in
the case of NT, have the same SIDs. SIDs are unique identifiers for machines
and user accounts. There are several programs available that will create new
SIDs after you've imaged the machine; disk imaging programs including Drive
Image Pro provide SID changers.

When users use these machines to connect to web servers, the browser will
receive unique CFID and CFTOKEN values from the server to which they've
connected, even if the SIDs haven't changed.

If you're using disk imaging to create the servers themselves, as long as
you change the SIDs, you shouldn't have any problems with CFID and CFTOKEN
generation. Even if you didn't, I'm not sure you'd have a problem with CFID
and CFTOKEN generation, but you would have other NT networking problems.
Even after changing SIDs, you may have some other interesting problems, such
as link file tracking issues, but those won't directly affect CF Server,
generally.
