You can put this into a style sheet.  But it will only work in browsers that
support style sheets.  It works nicely in IE, but isn't centered in
Netscape.

        background-image: url(/images/background.gif);
        background-attachment: fixed;
        background-repeat: no-repeat;
        background-position: center;
}

I was wondering if there is a way to have a static
picture on the background. Like say the picture of the
building of your company. As the user scrolls down the
page, the picture should still be static and only the
text should scroll.
