I know that Allaire has said that versions of CF Studio and CF Server prior to 4.5.1 are not supported on Win2K. I didn't have much trouble with CF Server 4.0.1, but didn't try CF Studio. If you know the name of the problem OCX, though, you can try registering it yourself from the command line using regsvr32.exe.
