Check out HTMLDOC: http://www.easysw.com/htmldoc/. It has a command line
interface that I have used successfully to create dynamic PDF files from CF
content. It does have some limitations, but for relatively simple output it
works quite well. The Adobe or third-party Adobe certified tools to do this
are very expensive and come with licensing restrictions about server use.
